Rolling your own cigarettes is also quite popular in Germany, you pay less tax than for normal cigarettes. So it is not that clear
But if it's annoying for a lot of people we could also disable that particular mouth-type, although you don't see the avatar of other peoples that huge in the game, except if you select the cartoon avatars in the card games.
