But, on the off chance that the systems do go down, it's the companies responsibility to get their systems back up and running as soon as possible if they have people paying for their service. So what you're saying is that we should form a public written statement whenever receiving any form of paid for service. In fact, this can replace tipping at some places such as restaurant.
