Some how i cant transfer the leadership for my guild it keep coming up with this message.

ERROR WHILE PROCESSING SUBMISSION:
The account you specified is not able to own a guild. Possible reasons are : the account does not exists, it already is leader of another guild or it does not meet any of the other requirements

I know the account is not a leader of a guild and i know the account name is right can somebody please help me?
