Scripting Ganis into npcs offline

sorry if this has already been asked but i am looking for some help in scripting a gani and the image of a weapon onto an npc "statue" in an offline level. the gani file in question is zodiac_newswordidle.gani i believe and the filename of the weapon is zodiac_topazkatana.png . If anyone could help me i would greatly appreciate it |
