Let's look at the situation.
Adding a flying bike.
Pros: Faster, can fly over stuff, shoots bullets.
Cons: Only way to destroy one is to try and taze it as it speeds around, when/if it is tazed and frozen the people on the opposing team can attack.
More Cons: The opposing teams teammates come up in more speeders and maul you. You never taze it at all because it reverses while shooting at you, if you get to close it speeds off over the water.
