The application stays open as long as I'm in need of staff.
I have a new scripter/level maker so far. Several people applied for LAT but they either gave up or failed. Same with scripting.
Yes there is still progress being made. I'll try to toss an update on the forum in the next couple of days.
I'm aiming a release towards the end of September... so there's something to look forward to. :P
