Tested by lowering volumes in audio dialog.
mod/mp3 silenced lets you hear the sfx files playing clearly, even while the mp3 is choppy.
I've also captured a decent sample, zipped because the forums don't let you attach .wavs files. I have a very good quality microphone and all the choppyness, scratching, etc you hear IS what's coming out of the game.
This instance of choppyness started when I closed the RC login screen and the game refocused. |
