I think Mercy & Reck just pick and choose random guns to ruin when they're bored.
It's likely when there's new management or people in charge of graphics that the old ones will be reuploaded.

20 damage, low freeze and high fire rate isnt too common in the below 100k range.
Closest you can get to that would be a Metal Storm, or a Sten. The M1 Carbine is also pretty underrated but is not...
