Radio + Shoutcast

OK, I tinkered with Rapidwolve's Radio script (see Code Gallery), and tried to add Shoutcast (*.pls) stream support, but it's not working :(
Everything works EXCEPT the actual music.

Reasoning? It would create the possibility of way more powerful jailing systems, enhanced security, etc.

We could create a list of cheater/hackers' IP...
