actually you couldnt unless they had server installed on their computer. do you have a general knowlege of anything?

errr that would be the FBI there genious and the FBI is way more advanced than the police... also, you can spoof your ip like 50 times so they cant trace you. or disconnect your perm. internet...

you need noc server to do that, npc server stayts on all the time, what you could do is have a person always on the server that acts as an npc server in a sense that it has a timeout that changes the...

why make a q list? why not just make an npc that does the menu? if you do it as the q list you wont be able to use weapons, and if you do, whats the point?
