Pirate Champion
 
The rank Champion was created to provide us with a authority figure for our land army, as well has build up some healthy competitiveness between pirates.
The Champion will be our most elite melee fighter, someone who will looked upon with tremendous respect, and fear.

I will be holding a PvP spar tournament to decide our first ever Champion of Crescent Pirates. All those who enter will be matched up against other pirates through a series of best of three PvP battles that will determine our two finalists. The victor of the final bout will be awarded the title and rank Champion. Along with a prize for all their effort.

Remember that these spars will be full PvP spars, done outside of the battleground.

I will allow anyone in CP to compete in the tournament as long as you have been a pirate for over 3 months. Anyone wanting to compete please PM either myself or Cell online or leave a post in this thread.

The spars will be held during the weekend. 15th & 16th August.
I will release more information sometime this week.

It'll be Storm, there's no one else in CP near him apart from Cell. Though paying your 'Champion' for his services and keeping him in your kingdom is laughable.

My guess would be that they wouldn't allow the great "Imperial Mercenary Storm" (lol) to enter since he is a Mercenary, but cool idea for a event/rank guys.

Pirates could use better rankings, imo. 'Lord' is like something you'd see in Dustari.

I've already told them that I am a Mercenary, I have no interest in participating into this tourney.

I don't even like Governor as the head rank. If they're pirates, it should really be an informal title.

Governor's been the highest title for years now. It's fine by me. But I just dunno about the lower ranks these days...
