proxies and the graal client
i'm currently out of my home state on a job, staying here for a couple of weeks, and to use the internet here you need to connect through their proxy - so they can block certain websites from the children, porn and what-not. however, this is also blocking the connections to the graal login server, saying that it can't get through. it also does this for other applications such as steam.
is there anything i can do to change the settings of the graal client to allow the connection through? i can't do anything about the proxy itself - i already checked into that, and they told me i wasn't special enough to have it change for my specific needs. i'd like to stay active on graal, but this business trip is making it basically impossible. any ideas? ): |
This is the result of the proxy server and changing any settings won't help to fix the problem.

Can you connect to a VPN through this proxy? If so you might want to try Hotspot Shield.
http://www.anchorfree.com/downloads/hotspot-shield/ Avoid installing the Toolbars and non-sense, I use to use this a few months ago in college to get around the filter and other things :) |
Does graal still have the ability to be opened via web page? Would a proxy site allow you to get on through that way maybe? Just a thought
