Graal IRC

Uh, a few things that would make it nice.

- Ability to set nickname instead of account or account_#
- Ability to make commands that won't show up when you type them in.
Currently if you say like.. /lolcommand, it will send that chat to everyone..
- Private/Password Protected Channels
