new playerworld staff

i think there should be new divisions of playerworld staff

like instead of bell tig and tsadmin inspecting servers there should be "Server Inspectors" to inspect servers.

and looking at the support center the PWA has a lot to cover so there should be a team of people to deal with bans/jails. these guys could be GP Chiefs from Graal that are experienced with jails and banning people. the team could be

*Sting2Dope (from UN)
Infamous (from N-Pulse)
and
Squirt (from Era)

there should also be a team of guild admins as well. they could be experienced guild leaders like
warhawk (from BTK)
dante (from Cherry)

so basically new teams would be
- server inspectors
- guys that deal with jails and bans
- guild admins

If they are really in need of help they'll hire more PWA.

i was going to write a detailed multi-paragraph response, but my words can be summed up with three words: no, hell no.

You realize you want to replace the PWA team entirely right? They inspect the server deal with bans, and now that tig is guild admin they work with guilds also.

This is a horrible idea, The PWA team we have now is perfect and I can say there is probably no one else on graal that I would like to have it. Most of them know how to do there job perfect. Most of the people you named wouldn't. Squirt is good at player relations but he's not one to go over a server inspection, You do realize what a server inspection involves do you not?

This would never work out.

this was already done a long time ago when we had a huge playercount and it was a flop. keeping the power within 3-4 people is easier to manage and makes communication easier. stolen content will always be a part of graal.

From what people are saying and what I've been told, PWA is doing a fine job as it is currently.
This is just a bad idea and will ruin a good thing (and there isn't many) on Graal.

Graal doesn't need more staff and if they did need more than they'll hire some.
