Drawing panel transparency

I just found out that TDrawingPanel does not draw #C0C0C0. Do I win anything? Pretty random find here, most likely related to the TDrawingPanel transparency bug I guess :oo:

That can happen under certain circumstances, caused by the old Windows drawing code. It will be fixed in the next Graal version.
