Globals, lack of intresets in the support center.
 

I sent in a ticket at least a week ago, and it has NEVER been read over OR replied, whats going on?
I thought I was supposed to receive my answer within 2days. I guess not...

i get my answer like that day or the next day, i've never waited over 4 days for a reply.

heh, once I submited one and like 1 hour later the status went to "viewed".

never changed lol. it was a not-very important question 1 week later I answered myself lol

The account & guild section is slow lately... The playerworld section is quite fast though :)

The only person who handles accounts & guilds is Ibonic (and sometimes unixmad)...

Sorry there isn't anything I can do to help push the process faster for you. It's not really my jurisdiction, I just thought I'd let you know that times are tough for everyone right now on the account section.

Depends... I never had a problem getting a response from Ibonic, though I haven't submitted one to his sections lately.
