PCID Approving
 

At first, when I tried to get a new computer approved, I would get an e-mail and get an error "notrequested"
Now when I try, I don't even get the email, and its been 2 days after the last time I tried.
Anyone else with this problem?
Any diagnosis?

I have this problem sometimes, it happens a lot to older accounts I think. You could write a support ticket to http://support.graalonline.com/ and get Ibonic to approve the PCID manually.

I have already submitted a ticket for something else and added this into it after he responded. Now I have to wait until he see's my reply.

I basically posted this to see if it was only me, or maybe just something lately, or a way of getting around "notrequested"

The errors should be more user friendly and specific :P

I've realized it has to be the system. It won't even send an e-mail anymore...somethings definitely wrong.
