PM notification
 

While Graal is minimized the little icon on the taskbar(the head) should change to represent a PM. Though, there should be a hierarchy involved. IE, a personal PM(yellow) should display over a staff PM(pink, and I only say this because staff PMs are mostly masses nowadays), which should display over mass PM(blue).

I'd also recommend this hierarchy be transferred over to RC, but no updates... so ya.

That'd be cool ... make this for Mac, too!

Isn't the system tray icon already doing that? Showing a blinking message icon when you get a PM. Or do you mean the application icon should change, similar to the RC on Linux ? I could imagine that it would be quite annoying to have several blinking things for the same PM.

I don't use the system tray. It should only do so if you don't use the system tray, I suppose.

System tray blinks a "mass message" icon for everything, even when the message is a private or staff one. It would be much more useful if they reflected the actual messages that they were and like Dusty said, with some taking priority over others (PM > Guild > Staff > Mass).
