Yes please open a support center ticket. The codes that you provided were not correct, so we need to see why that happened and what we can do about it.
The logs say that it worked for you before (3 weeks ago).

They work good for me , but they are addictiveeeeeeeeeeeeee and then you can't stop sending and sending .!
