Was sure I'd made a thread about this in the past, guess it must've been a PM with Stefan...


Anyways, as I mention to you back then, would it be possible to make it so the Task Bar resets every time you leave a server instead of logon one of the login servers?

Several servers (including my own!) edit minor parts of it, and it's annoying to visit another server afterwards since the changes are still there.

The Scripted Playerlist and Scripted RC reset, so I doubt it would be that hard to do with the Task Bar? :)

I modified it on Vesporia, and got in trouble because it would still look cool when on other servers.

Also would it kill it to reset all GUI windows when changing server? I don't want to accidently make a control in scripted RC only to have it emerge and stay like some kind of unwanted inlaw :(

What exactly need to be reset? I think custom buttons added to the taskbar are already removed automatically.

Try logging on "Project Mythic" and see the change I've made to the taskbar, then log on another server. Things like that, for example.
