the image is a blue "plasma" ball..
its a bullet for utopia..

While it doesn't look that good in the first place and could use a LOT of shaping up, it's probably the wrong filetype?

You shouldn't have any problems with GIFs, what exactly isn't displaying properly? Transparency? or isn't displaying at all?
