Linux: PM notification

The RC for linux changes its icon to a pm bubble when you have a PM. It would be nice if the client did the same :).

With the client it does this on Windows.

More likely a bug then a addon

stefan said he was gonna eventually add this to the client. Maybe he already did, but forgot about linux version?
