Guild creation with the new subscriptions.
 
The old rule was that you needed VIP to make a guild (and the guild rules still say this), but since you can no longer buy VIP subscriptions, what will the new subscription requirement be for guild creation?

Might as well be gold since every server has the right to disable global guilds anyways -_-

It could be with dev packs. I assume that VIP hosting will also be in dev packs.

What servers really use guilds anyways? UN is really the only one.

I think each server should have a special package. One of the perks in the UN section would be Guild creating. Dumb idea, I know, but we need more packages!
