Problem.. Some help please? :]
 

I've searched and read the FAQ, my problem wasn't there.

I've made a new account and I'm trying to update it to Gold. My problem, is that the website won't log me in.

I type in my account, my password, and the message comes saying "Thank you, for logging in" and then it goes back to the page i was viewing before, but I'm still logged out. I've tried it on 3 different computers so I know it's no my computer. And this problem has never happend to me before. Any suggestions as to how I can fix this? :confused:

Maybe you got cookies disabled?

You can also get on the upgrade page if you log on Graal with the gameclient. On the login server you see, in the left corner, a button labeled "Start". Press it and click on "Upgrade" and you are on the upgrade page and logged in. ;)

Sorry for the double post.
No, it didn't work. And my cookies aren't turned off. I went to the upgrades page from the login screen and it said "Thankyou for logging in", took me to the page, and I was logged out. :p

I think it has something to do with the flash site of graal. 'Cause I always keep the graal website on old school, 'cause that's what I'm used to. And whenever I log in or navigate to a different page, it always goes back to the flash. Even though I've never had this problem before.

I hate the flash graal site. >.< It's slow, laggy, and annoying. D:

Same. :/ the normal one was fine, i don't know why they had to make it flash. it doesn't look any better and in my opinion makes graal look worse than it actually is. it's more annoying than mog

Use Netscape, this happens when i try to get on with Explorer but works fine on Netscape.

Finally! Thanks Cabal and Coreys. Psh. I'm sticking with FireFox from now on. -_-;

I have a couple browsers just because some sites work on some that don't work on others.

Firefox always works for me. Always.

Fixed the problem with Internet Explorer, sorry for the problems.
