Trial of Pojo
 

I have heard some complaints about Pojo, from both Ravenblade, and others, but I have yet to hear any actual charges.


So let the trial begin. If you have any actual detailed information regarding this crime that Pojo has supposedly committed, please present your case here.

Guilty until proven innocent. That guy has scammed like crazy.. Or so I'm told.

What makes you so sure that Pojo is ericcartman?

If you have anything against Pojo you better have some valid proof and not just blurting crap out.

Wow, I heard there was accusations, but until theres hard core evidence, nothing can be pressed upon Pojo Cypher.

This means Screen shots or a log from the staff, until then, theres nothing provable, chat logs which can be easily edited are not valid here, screen shots must include a open profile of said person, and must include showing what they are trading...Failure to do so will result in Pojo being automatically innocent. May the evidence be brought forward please.

People can use photoshop on a screenshot to make it look like your doing something wrong and your not.

screenshots isnt proof, they can be easily edited to make it look like someone did something when they weren't even online. as cyan said, screenshots shouldnt be used to show anything

although, I know that this person has scammed before in the past, dont know about recently though

Edited: Well, I'm declaring personally this trial to be over on the ground of no evidence that can properly be given to show if Pojos guilty or not guilty of scamming. UNLESS if you can give evidence that can't be shopped, or even remotely edited, then maybe we can get somewhere, but until then, theres no use in pointing fingers without evidence, unless if you can back your claims up.

The only problem I had was his attitude. If you want i can msn you the text document. Unlike other people i don't change stuff to suit my needs. And lets not forget the dozens of other people who seen his post on here and the masses he sent on the server.

No offense tho dude but it don't matter. You won't get real evidence because too much can be changed. So he will continue to do what he's doing but if I see anything wrong and I personally witnessed it I will remove him from the kingdom. I can't stand scammers/usders.

I say just having a member of staff being present at the time and seeing him scam someone is proof enough.

I didn't say there was one. Just saying that is all the proof you'd need.

Somebody explain to me why we started talking about whether or not PoJo is a scammer simply because Chris accused someone who isn't PoJo of being a scammer.

Okay, this has left me lost, now its obvious any accusations at Pojo are false.

How about finding out what the accusations are before saying this?

Ok, from what I gather.

A: There's no proof of scamming/USD'ing.
B: The person being charged is not fully agreed upon by everyone.
C: Pojo seems to have a bad day and said some inappropriate things.

The only thing that can really be brought against Pojo was that he may have had an attitude problem one day (which is forgiveable in my book since everyone has bad days now and again).

So, I declare this trial over. No action shall be taken. If anyone wants to keep a closer eye on Pojo to make sure he's innocent, fine by me. For alls I know, right now, he's innocent.
