[WIP] tileset

I've worked some on a tileset and would like some advice on ways to improve it. Mainly the aspect of shading/ texturing. Right now the major poor parts which have no need to point out are 1. water, 2. shading, 3. texturing, and 4. transitions. Any solutions would be greatly apreciated. TY, Ceserthen.

You've pretty much got your own problems summed up. "2. shading, 3. texturing" The layout of the tiles isn't right either, but that can be fixed very easily once the tiles are already made. |

What are some better colors to use. On a scale maybe, 1-10, lighter to darker?
