Well, I created a support ticket regarding this but it has been closed with no response :confused: .

I'm wanting to use my webspace so I can upload some videos etc but I can't even log in to it. Can anyone advise me on what I can do to do this? I believe I've used an old e-mail address so if possible a change to [email protected] would be great :D

1 mb / file or something like that so doubt you can add any videos.

Same problem here with my new account. I need that confirmation email! My inbox is still empty :|

There are some problems with confirmation e-mails on various sites (graal.net especially), which will hopefully be taken care of soon.

I re-opened the support ticket, and I'm going to change the auto-close (for inactivity) options soon since that's why it was closed.

If anyone else's ticket was closed without a response, please let me know and I'll open it again as well.
