my map dont work

if i logon to a new server or a new map my graal dont download it and once i was on a server with no minimap and i did not know where i was going anyone know how to fix it?

Some servers just don't have minimaps. You're going to have to give more information, and learn to post things in the correct forum sections.

no not the minimap the map if you press M but its only on playerworlds
