xeross's sig

His sig is nice, I know it has ro characters in it but I wonder does anyone know where he got the back ground or if he made it and if so how?

Google. search for Fantasy settings or something... Something to do with fantasy. :) There was a tutorial for sigs like that on another forum, it's closed now though methinks.
