Polygon Within External Windows

Would anyone happen to know why GuiShowImgCtrls which use polygon would be failing to display within external windows?

I have attempted debugging all of the static variables of a GuiShowImgCtrl object in case there is something which needs to be set explicitly within an external parent, but to no avail. The same problem had also been reported during V6 beta testing in 2011 - http://forums.graalonline.com/forums...94#post1643894.
