Xmas Flame Sword

So, I logged in without my 22/26 prepped xmas flame, all IWD's.... then I read the thread about removing the sword, couldn't we have a bit more than a three week notice (seeing I'm back two weeks after the "refund process" ended)

or at least in my exception?
