Can't log on

I was working on my server and I randomly got RC disconnected and player disconnected. And now I can't log back on with my player or RC. It says can't connect when I try to with my player, and my RC will just close.

But I can log on to other servers... What happened?

I'm trying to log on to a friends server I haven't been able since yesterday. All it does is says "Connecting to (name)" then sits there or.. It either disconnects me.
