Windows 8 + graal
 

Alright since a short period of time I've been using Windows 8 and I've found some bugs with Graal;

-When minimizing and maximizing agian the screen turns black, which is really annoying
-The remote control (Client) displays square's as characters

Throw windows 8 away.

Have you tried installing Windows 7? If you use VMware you could get a better operating system going.

A lot of games do that. Even ones that are much harder to run. Pretty sure it has to do with the game trying to sync up with your monitor's refresh rate, or else to render things on-screen before it actually displays anything.

It's only abnormal if it hangs for a very long time.

If you've installed a new OS, chances are your collection of fonts has changed. Try using a different one, or installing a custom one and using it instead. I would recommend trying Times New Roman or Courier New, as they are usually always included as default fonts.

It's not that at all, RC is completed ****ed on Windows 8 currently.

Yeah, I can understand how it would be an issue.


At any rate, something showed up as I was using the scripted client on Windows 7. Apparently when you don't close your quotation marks in certain places, it also produces more of the square symbols as well on the end of each line.

And yes, I know my stuff is wrong here anyway. xD

I've this issue only with graal no other game, such as WoW and LoL.

And it's never been normal since i've got a complete new laptop, is there a way to fix this?
