Why is there even a permanent ban option on classic servers

i pay for this freaking game, it shouldnt be up to some 15 year old whether i never get to play again, especially when no hacking is involved with the ban

and if you are lifetime classic then you are technically not "paying" for this game anymore.

I would agree that non global staff should not be able to apply a permanent (or 10 year) ban. Though I believe there should be available ban periods larger than 90 days, such as 6, 9 and 12 months.

Yeah I agree, 1 year max is okay by local Staff members.

I think unless someone is hacking or causing physical harm to a server there is no reason for a permanent ban.

Hacking isn't the worst thing one can do... I think if someone spawns that's much worse since you're ruining the economy.

What does it matter if they're not paying anymore. They've paid for the product and they're just as important as any other customer (I doubt this opinion is shared by all however...).

Although I sympathise with those unfortunate enough to have to keep re-upgrading to gold, if it wasn't for lifetime Classic accounts there'd be a hell of a lot less reason to upgrade for those that do.
Yet Graal's management still have this myopic belief that every single player should be paying, and that it is outright wrong to be able to properly experience the game for free.
