Approve computer
After I didnŽt use my Account for almost 1 year with a running gold subscription I came back a few days ago.
When I wanted to start my RC client (not Client-RC) I realised that my password was not saved anymore. After typing it in again, I now always have to approve my computer before I can use my RC. This does not happen with the client or the Client-RC. It also keeps repeating everytime I restart my Computer (or maybe the RC not sure). Is there any way I can fix this? |
Have you tried running the RC from a different location on your PC?

A while back I had a similar problem except it was my through the client when I tried logging into my new computer. I ended up E-Mailing support and Bell told me there was something wrong with the system so she just set my account back to normal. This was a while back but maybe it's still an issue.

Typically emailing [email protected] is the best way to get support for account issues. You might want to try that, although I'm surprised a PWA hasn't seen this post already.
It sounds like your PCID is changing every restart. This is a common problem, and I don't think the PWA can do anything to help fix it. Stefan needs to improve the PCID system. |

Your pc id is changing every day. I can't stop that but I removed the id protection for now. Once the whole changing thing stops, you can set the protection back up then.
