Is it possible to make your permanent hearts removed and readded on entering a specific spot like a spar?

What about using a custom HP system that mimics the default but allows instant modification to the limit by location?

Reason: Making outdoor pking more of a survival as to where Spars are to test your sparring mettle

Yep, we do it on Classic, though our whole HP system is scripted. You can see it in action at the spar arena above the bank.

I believe this is possible on default systems, it can just be a pain to make sure people don't use it to get fast heals (run in & out, or run in, r/c & run out, or various other combos) rather than spar.
