Serverlister
 

Just curious but I've been seeing this on RC for my server(Varia) lately

Serverlister connection lost.

(Few seconds later)

Connection to the serverlister established.

What does it mean?

well, typically, u can see serverlister restart the npcserver when you shut it down, or something like that, so i'd guess its some sort of bot that keeps track of the npcserver and as the name says, list the server in a list x)

Well I know what the serverlister is. XP
I mean why does my server keep losing the connection, seems to happen more often now with the release of v5.3+

Probably just if Stefan is updating things, he'll have to take it offline and start it again for the changes to come into effect, or even if the serverlister task had crashed/faulted for some reason and had to be restarted. I wouldn't worry about it; it won't affect anything on your server.

The command /global find has been updated to support ip search for guest accounts and iPhone players, that's the database has been updated and I restarted the npcserver because it was stuck on a query. Normally all servers reconnect automatically and it's only pausing player logins for a few seconds.
