I'm having the toughest time, looking for the absolute *right* gun for me. The gun that sings to me everytime I hit my D key. The gun that will complete me. (K enough of that)


i'm on a budget of $100,000. I was asking around in game, but never got a straight answer. I'm looking for a gun that is pretty fast. I was looking at the SMGpk and other guns similar to it, so the ideal speed is around there. It also has to have a low freeze rate for easy mobility, and cannot be below 20 damage.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. :D

Above post is not only hilarious (i actually started tearing up from laughter) it also gave me an idea.

NPC run Practice Target shooting range. You get a gun, any gun. For 5 minutes. You can only use them in the shooting range, and can only hurt the targets with them. But when you hit a target, it shows how much damage the gun does, you get a feel for the speed and freeze rate of the gun.

Something like that would help people out deciding what kind of gun they would really want to use.

You can try XM8 or Mk23 (dual is preferred), best cheap guns on Era.

You pretty much need to learn your gun stats (lower RoF = faster, etc.), then compare different guns via pming the NPC or checking the wiki (needs some updates).

I suggest for ~100k:
Sten
PPSH41

Both are fast with high maneuverability, the ppsh has more spread/clip but costs more (100k), Sten is about 85k.

Try out the Ak-47 :3

Im afraid I gotta agree with you that Ak-47 pwns, it's actually the gun I run around with (and Colt M1911 as secondary ofc). ;)

Better too run around with one uzi, looks cooler. The reason why I hate Uzi is because the ammo is so expensive.

20 damage, low freeze and high fire rate isnt too common in the below 100k range.
Closest you can get to that would be a Metal Storm, or a Sten. The M1 Carbine is also pretty underrated but is not automatic.

Ak-47. Got a buck? buy MK23's or Xm8.

It's one of the sweetest handguns on Era. :p

I mostly got a secondary for RP'ing ofc, when my ak47 is empty (or a few bullets left) I change to the Colt. :D
