Sound problem.
My Graal sound doesn't work on Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit.
Yes, I did the whole change tryloadsoundson64bit=true thing. It's on true, it has been for weeks. Now, why won't my sound work? I've done all the things that I think are obvious. |
I would like to know the answer to this as well, I have windows 7 and haven't gotten it to work. I usually have my graal volume down anyways so I can listen to music, but I'd still like to get it fixed.

I could not get any sounds working on the 64 bit windows 7 laptop I have until I did a windows update recently. Try that, it worked for me. Maybe try hardware driver updates too...
Just a suggestion. Something I have to try on each new program. Are you running everything as an admin and have you tried putting your compatibility to something like Windows XP Service Pack 2-3?
GAH! I got it! Once I ran the program as an administrator, it worked. Thanks guys!
DAMN THOSE SOUND EFFECTS! They can be exploited so easily!
Disabling UAC should do the trick then if you have to run as Administrator.
