On 64-bit OSes, PCID differs between Graal and RC

which makes it very hard to add people to RC for people like myself who have IPs that change five times a day under no real pattern. The only way to get an RC's PCID is to have a global use /global find, which is very inconvenient, to say the least. Please fix it or provide a way for a player to get their RC PCID ("Your IP is not in the configured ranges; PCID: 123456").

Or show them their PCID on Login. Full support for that.

You can also access the PCID number from their account. While they are on player you can use the /openaccess function in order to gain the id number. It will be displayed at the top of the pop up. But this only works if they are on player otherwise the PCID will not show up.

No... did you read the first post? This PCID is not the same PCID as their RC if they are on a 64-bit OS, therefore using it for their IP range does not work.

You can't use /openaccess on yourself after logging on RC? I've always had that give me the proper PCID assuming I'm not on player at the time. Granted I can't use PCID locks for an entirely different reason.

Nope, you can't.

EDIT: Holy ****, you can. Good to know. Still, there should be a way for an RC to get their PCID.
