NPCs in levels not updating correctly with the level

I noticed this a few days ago when I was working on the SkyPK event on UN. If I added an NPC to the level and uploaded/updated the level, the NPCs in the level weren't updating correctly. For example, some NPCs were getting cropped(setimgpart) that didn't have the script, while the ones that did have setimgpart weren't getting cropped. If I deleted an NPC, the same thing happened. This seemed to only happen when the number of NPCs in the level was changed. It's like NPCs were getting their scripts mixed up. Aeko was just telling me that when he was changing the images for some NPCs in his level it wasn't updating for him either. This applies to using 'update level' as well. In order for the level to properly show updates you have to reconnect... this is not good for live levels online as you shouldn't force players to reconnect.

Was it on a GMAP? If so, you need to update the actual GMAP and not the level.

Nope.

I've noticed this a lot, sometimes NPCs will stay behind, if there are lights effects that are removed, sometimes other NPCs will take on their light effect, sometimes new NPCs just won't show up, ...

This mostly happens with GMAPs (but not always); to properly add stuff to Era's GMAP, often we have to update the GMAP, restart the NPC-server, and reconnect everyone. It's ridiculous, hence why normally when we add NPCs we use putnpc2, even for permanent stuff.

Normally you would have to reconnect to see everything properly.
