Cannot connect to the game server

hey can any1 help me i try to get on graal and it says could,nt connect to server

Basic Troubleshooting Steps.

1. Restart Router (if you have one)
2. Restart Modem
3. Disable any kind of anti-virus/firewall that might be restricting access
4. Panic or post your results.

Oh yeah.. post in Tech Support instead.

Check to see if you're connected to the internet, if you are then chances are you have a firewall blocking it. All though it could be a problem with your modem/router as that has happened to me in the past.

And just for future reference, post more information regarding the problem. It just helps people understand you're problem better and help you.

Try the following:

Hit the windows key + R to open the "Launch" window or whatever it is called (search box in the start menu of Vista and 7). Type: "cmd", then hit return. In the console, type "ping loginserver.graalonline.com", hit return. If the ping was successful (packets are being sent and returned), then the problem lies somewhere else. If the output isn't similar to this (beware, German):

Then post whatever the output is so we can further analyze and help you with your problem.
