You are smart. I would pay money for a download without having to use appstore.

EDIT: Oh and now I can play graal at school when Im near wifi points. YAY. :3

Why would you not want to use the App Store? That's a great idea, it makes it extremely easy to find things.

Because that would require me upgrading?

unixmad 07-10-2008 05:53 PM

We will perhaps provide a version for Jailbroken phone but we don't want to be fired from Apple Developer program so we need to take care.

DarkRenji 07-10-2008 08:00 PM

Why would I want to play it on my Ipod with such a little screen and such when I can play it on my computer/laptop :o

Elizabeth 07-10-2008 08:05 PM

i wish i could play on my ipod

That's my reasoning for hating this idea, but you can't deny that it'll bring Graal a lot of attention if it doesn't suck.

Which kind of doesn't change anything, and just gives the people who say "All Unix cares about is money" more ammo.

cbk1994 07-10-2008 08:24 PM

What's wrong with unixmad trying to raise money for Graal? I hope he makes a lot of money off of this so he can lower the subscription prices.

Bread.

Also, if more people come, he sees more chances for money, and thus, more gelat crap.

Elizabeth 07-10-2008 08:48 PM

graals going to get waaaay more people, because right now its just like a hidden game, but now that its on apple itunes store, people are going to be like "whats that? :O" and then put it on their phone, realize they like it, tell their friends, etc.

DustyPorViva 07-10-2008 08:54 PM

Actually... from browsing on the internet, a lot of people know about Graal.

kia345 07-10-2008 08:54 PM

You think all the rip offs on Zone will draw unwelcome attention to Graal? Gravity hammer, Dragon Ball Z apparel, the Force.

Elizabeth 07-10-2008 08:58 PM

well its not like theyre going to know from the beginning
*looks at list* "hmmm.. graall... nawh, too much dragonball z apparel and base laming"

xAzerothx 07-10-2008 09:02 PM

Lol, Bungie sues Graal for the use of the Gravity Hammer.

I was thinking of doing an hostile take over and contact Atari/Bungie (Whoever made DBZ) Have them sue Graal and give me ownership.

Scrimps 07-10-2008 10:06 PM

Will you ever be able to play Era on the iphone/ipod?

Shueisha and Toei Animation?

grawlgamer 07-10-2008 11:15 PM

Will you be able to play against PC players? Will be kinda unfair, they will have a larger screen..

Theoretically yes, levels and stuff are working fine, but client-side scripts need to be optimized (no timeouts if possible).

Clockwork 07-10-2008 11:46 PM

lol...iphone 2.0 was jailbroke a couple hours ago and the jailbreak will be released soon.

grawlgamer 07-11-2008 12:00 AM

Explain: What do you mean by "jailbroken"?

I was a kid, I didn't know who made it :D Never really tried, I just thought Atari made the show with the games :(

You can download applications to iTunes now, But can't put them on your iPod until tomorrow :(

It's been jailbroken for a LONG time.

It allows you to run 3rd party apps on your iPhone illegally (this is debated; basically they aren't supported by Apple).

There will be many less jailbreakings now that the iPhone officially can run third party apps.

xAzerothx 07-11-2008 01:01 AM

Where would you buy a jailbroken iPhone?

xAzerothx 07-11-2008 01:05 AM

Oh, since it was jailbroken I didn't think Apple supported it.

They don't, but it's just a regular iPhone.

xAzerothx 07-11-2008 01:08 AM

That doesn't make sense but, whatever.

Does this work with iTouch? I might have to get an iPod this doesn't look that bad.

Sure does.

wild8900 07-11-2008 01:39 PM

I look forward to that jailbroken Graal release.

EDIT: Oh and its friday. Wheres my Graal. D:<

SolidSnake989 07-11-2008 05:53 PM

It's friday, 2.0 was leaked yesterday. Why no Graal?

grawlgamer 07-11-2008 06:33 PM

Not on the app store =/

cbk1994 07-11-2008 06:57 PM

I checked, I don't see it in the app store either :(

A search for either "Graal" or "Zone" does not present any Graal games.

SolidSnake989 07-11-2008 07:11 PM

Watch, either Stefan or Unixmad will say "It has been delayed"

cbk1994 07-11-2008 07:36 PM

Reading back, they said it would be one of the first, not at the opening. Who knows ... ?

Crono 07-11-2008 08:35 PM

Angel, Dell, and the rest of them must be ****ting their pants now.

Heh.

cbk1994 07-11-2008 08:41 PM

Skyld told me they are just waiting for Apple to approve it now and then it will be added.

I imagine Apple has a large list of applications waiting to be approved.

Elk 07-11-2008 08:46 PM

VERY big list...

Admins 07-11-2008 08:59 PM

We have submitted it in time on Monday, hope it will be up soon :) Compared to a lot of the stuff that is in there it is quite good looking.
