so ive been working with Hoyt on some side scrolling fishing system and i made a bunch of fish and such.

however my biggest one was of course the great white shark i thought ide share. Its not perfect but im quite happy with how it looks now. :D

Its all made from scratch/guesstimation on ms paint.

note: you gotta click a few times to get the real size (man eater size)

I'm not sure a shark's jaw works like that. I've linked to a video here:

I have included a better example of a great white: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kWztFOxFee8

i looked it up and i found out they raise the upper jaw 45degrees opening their mouth as wide as possible for big prey for large chunks of meat. the teeth and gums also retract a bit till they start biting clamping down/sawing motions.

note the angle of the head and lower jaw possition.

not bad, aside from the fact that its brushed

geneticfrog 04-05-2013 05:13 PM

didn't use any tools if thats what you mean by brushed, just pencil and line tool and adjust shade.

He looks like a happy shark. Ate many graalians.

Doesn't look that bad, it has a cute charm to it.

Wish there were more sprites of it to see how it could look "moving".

Very nice considering the program you used. ++
