So is this server down again? :confused:

It would be nice to have some place to get additional practice after mine goes down again for a little while. Testbed was great for that too, but I'm pretty sure that went down a while ago.

The server is down indefinitely for the time being- Stowen's developer subscription expired and Emera nor I are planning to invest more resources at the current moment in time.

Dang. Well, please let us know if anything changes. It would be very nice to have this resource available again.

I'm quite surprised at how successful this turned out to be, because in the end at least 20 different people used it on a regular basis. I don't really know to be honest. I talked to Bboy last night about possibly putting money towards renewing it myself, but meh. If there's demand for it I don't see what harm there is throwing £45 or whatever into keeping it up for another 6 months.

Stefan if you are reading this,
You should really consider supporting this server, as its teaching players to dev/script.
More devs = more content = more interest.

If Stefan doesn't have a backup of Testbed, I do have an old full server copy of testbed. He should have one though..

The annoying thing is that Stefan is willing to support several other unused servers but not something beneficial like this.

None of those servers are used... instead of supporting them, couldn't Stefan support a Testbed server?

He could, but that would actually make sense and do something directly beneficial to the community, which isn't his way, which is why this'll likely not happen for quite some time :|
