Shaded Legends (Pet System)
 

What do you think about a pet system?
I don't think these pet images will be used.
(Need fixing up, and created in a 3D Animation program)

Suggestions or feedback?
Questions or concerns?



The pet system will NOT use a GUI (Graphical User Interface)
and will be controlled by keys or text.
I.E.: /walk, /stay, /follow
Button [1] might make your pet say something you have saved.

[1] - Hi, I'm 'player.name's pet.

What kind of pets would you like to see, and what might you like to see them do?

Perhaps clicking your pet could bring up an options menu or a speech bubble with commands in it?

That would be nice actually, great suggestion!

So far I only have it chat the name, which should be serverside, but if the user does it there should be a separate action!

By the way, Emaria, would you like to help with Audio for Shaded Legends? I could listen to 3-4 pieces you've made and probably hire you if you would like to help out. :]

It isn't finished, I'd have to completely redo the movement system of it lol...
Right now I don't even have the time to work on the server until the 17th.
I'll have to do super-rewards by then to get gold.

damn that looks terrible. so pets are just going to walk around? or is there going to be more? because i guarantee people will get bored after five minutes. a pet system is only good if you can train and battle your pets.

Also, the pets will not be like Pokemon, the object of the server is not fighting, training, collecting, breeding, or anything to do with pets.

Even though the pet system will have a lot of different commands to keep players that like pets entertained, they will not be made to battle other pets, or capturing them.
