Graal log in problem
 

I tried getting on Graal but the message "You have been disconnected from the game server" keeps appearing right after I click it but before the log in screen.

I tried logging on RC to test if it would let me on and it let me do that but when I try connecting to a server I have RC on it says that my IP isn't listed within IP ranges.

I tried getting on with another computer but the same thing happened.
The only thing that doesn't work is Graal, other files and internet stuff works fine. This has been going on for about a week

If anyone has any ideas on how to fix it please post them.

Try logging in with another account.

Sounds like an (accidental?) IP ban to me.

Try using a VPN service like Hotspot Shield and then getting on. If it works then someone has to get the ol ipbanned.txt on Login.

Your IP range changed recently. I checked and there is an IP ban for your IP range on both logins. This is not a new IP ban though. Its been there since June of 2008. I've asked Stefan to remove it since I don't have rights to add/remove ip bans from the login servers.

Wow, what are of the odds of that, Like 1 in a trillion?
