Two Governors
 

I don't like the trend. It is probably the only bad idea Alan has ever proposed. What is the point of demoting Felix (doubt he minds) and then making Yann a Governor?

They made Felix an "Under Governor", which is a strange rank.. Not much is being done with CP.

I honestly the think the rank's have been ****ed up pretty bad. I love Yann and I respect him but I don't get they he is changing ranks.

I agree, something must be done with this kingdom.
Since Alan is gone, its the anarchy. He made me king with Felix, then when I took a break with GK, Romain has been promoted, then Felix and Romain, then Romain moved him, and now Romain and me.
Maybe we should make a vote or something about the new king.

I stepped down as Governor when Romain got back so I wasn't really demoted. I was only filling in for him while he was away, plus I don't have the time to run a kingdom with college and my other Graal commitments.

Yea, Under Governor sounds weird.

I think Becan should be given CP on a trial run. He's got gear, and he's a good guy. Very active. He's one of the few final active players in CP, and I think he'd do well.

I think you should be given CP. When you were with CP you were awesome, bringing in newbies and training them as mages. And you generally seemed to care about the welfare of CP.

no seriously, two governors is ridiculous, Yann is obviously back right now, either let him or Romain run the kingdom, but not both at the same time.

I'm all for Becan or one of the Lionheart boys being Governor (if they are active of course). I think Becan is a great fit for his activity and his willingness to roleplay.

I completely agree. Becan has development experience, and he's into the roleplay aspect. I have no doubt he'll do great as Governor.

I think Becan would do great too.

However, the server itself needs a lot of changing before thinking about kingdoms. It's not fun to run a kingdom with 3 active people.. there's not even enough for any real kingdom to kingdom interactions, not like back in the days.

In my humble opinion the entire CP ranking and government should be abolished and redone. The ideal of CP was not a land based governmental body, but a naval based kingdom who's economy was mostly comprised of loot and plunder. I doubt most of the cp new members can even tell you how to climb a mast. Even with the dwindling player count, CP should still be able to atleast have one or two active crews. I rejoined CP in september, and the only kingdom event or rping I have seen was what Iv'e held for the few new players we have. I say make the rank of Pirate King then replace that strange under governor rank with Governor. The Pirate King would be over CP's leadership, Wars, and RP events. The Governor would be over the Crescent island, building houses and the economy.
These are just thoughts though.
