find what you want to take then hit Alt + Print Scr....open up whatever photo program ur using (ie paint). Then if merely paste the image in whatever image editor your using. Now I suggest saving it as a .png as that is useful when posting photos on the forums.

Or you could just hit print screen/sys rq, and leave out the alt ;o
