I approved the thread at 4:13 pm, so it wasnt approved before this thread was made, but was approved almost an hour before Cali asked about it.

I was asking to determine whether the time on threads in the main forum is the time of submission or the time of approval.

It's the time he created it.

He probably went to create it, realized it needed to be approved and then made this thread. Seems like a logical chain of events.

That's what I thought as well, but it would require an extremely swift approval by Moon Goddess to have approved it before this thread was created.

I made this after I went to post something, and it needed approval. This wasn't about my post though, I figured it would be approved, but it was about the fact that I had to wait -_-

Although for some reason, it never showed up in the new posts section for me either. :\
